In our continuous effort to update and enhance our capabilities in the Industry 4.0 era, on the afternoon of June 18, 2026, the Institute of Investment and Construction Management (IICM) was honored to welcome and hold a working session with representatives from TAESUNG SNI (South Korea). TAESUNG SNI is a leading consulting firm with extensive practical experience in implementing BIM and digital construction technologies in large-scale infrastructure projects.
The meeting took place in an open atmosphere, delivering significant core values and focusing on the following key topics:

Sharing practical lessons: Optimizing data management processes and comprehensively applying digitalization in actual construction.

Human resource development: Emphasizing the importance of building a team of skilled engineers ready to embrace new technological trends.

Strategic vision: Most notably, the shared orientation to establish a Collaborative Alliance in BIM and digitalization, creating an end-to-end ecosystem from Research & Training to Consulting & Implementation.
Although the meeting was brief, the alignment in development visions between IICM and TAESUNG SNI has laid a solid foundation for strategic and long-term partnerships in the near future.
