June 2025 – Da Lat, Vietnam. On historic Robin Hill, a bold vision is taking shape. Three years after winning a prestigious design award, the groundbreaking concept by ADA and Associates & Institute of Construction Investment Management is now a tangible reality, rising with impressive speed.

This isn’t just construction. It’s the birth of a new icon, embodying innovation and human aspiration. PROGRESS & VISION

As of June 2025, significant milestones have been achieved:

  • Main Building Block: Foundations, basement, and the four-story reinforced concrete frame are complete.
  • Television Tower: Nearly 100 meters tall, the tower is rising, a striking beacon amidst Da Lat’s sky and pine forests.
  • Ancillary Facilities: Outdoor film studio and technical areas are also advancing.

ASPIRATION AND MISSION

With an investment nearing 200 billion VND, this project is set for completion by late 2025. Its scale includes:

  • One basement + four levels (over 8,000 m² floor area).
  • A 98.5 m tall television tower.
  • Outdoor film studio, modern transmission systems.

Having overseen landmark architectural projects for over two decades, I firmly believe this is more than just a building. It’s a new cultural, technological, and media cornerstone for Lam Dong, a bold step in modernizing local journalism and igniting a new era for the region.
