Ra mắt BIM NUCE & Hội thảo Đẩy mạnh ứng dụng BIM tại Việt Nam

Ngày 19 tháng 5 năm 2017 tại Hội trường G3, Trường Đại học Xây dựng, Số 55 đường Giải phòng, Hà Nội đã diễn ra buổi lễ Ra mắt Trung tâm Tư vấn và đào tạo BIM NUCE và Hội thảo quốc tế về Đẩy mạnh ứng dụng BIM tại Việt Nam.
Vào 8h00 sáng ngày 19/5/2017, buổi lễ Ra mắt Trung tâm Tư vấn và đào tạo BIM NUCE được tổ chức kết hợp với Hội thảo quốc tế về Đẩy mạnh ứng dụng BIM tại Việt Nam tại Trường Đại học Xây dựng, cùng đối tác nước ngoài là Hiệp hội Quản lý Xây dựng Đài Loan. Hội thảo có sự tham dự của các giáo sư, chuyên gia hàng đầu đến từ đại học quốc gia Đài Loan, Hiệp hội QLDA Đài Loan và Đại Học Xây Dựng.
Mô hình thông tin công trình (Building Information Modeling – BIM) ngày càng được quan tâm và được ứng dụng tại nhiều nước trong lĩnh vực xây dựng (thiết kế, thi công và quản lý công trình xây dựng dân dụng, công nghiệp, cơ sở hạ tầng …). BIM có khả năng giúp giải quyết các vấn đề lãng phí, năng suất thấp và thiếu hiệu quả đang tồn tại phổ biến trong lĩnh vực thiết kế, xây dựng, quản lý công trình và được đánh giá sẽ là xu hướng công nghệ chủ đạo của ngành Xây dựng trong tương lai gần.
Tại Việt Nam, ngày 22 tháng 12 năm 2016 Thủ tướng chính phủ phê duyệt Đề án áp dụng mô hình thông tin công trình (BIM) trong hoạt động xây dựng và quản lý vận hành công trình. Theo đó Nhà nước khuyến khích, tạo điều kiện để các chủ thể liên quan áp dụng BIM, thực hiện các giải pháp nâng cao năng suất, chất lượng, tiết kiệm nguồn lực trong hoạt động xây dựng và quản lý vận hành công trình.
Đứng trước nhu cầu thực tế, nhằm đẩy mạnh hơn hoạt động tư vấn, đào tạo và chuyển giao công nghệ BIM, Viện Quản lý Đầu tư Xây dựng – Trường Đại học Xây dựng quyết định thành lập Trung tâm Tư vấn và Đào tạo BIM NUCE (BIM NUCE). Hi vọng thông qua chương trình này, mô hình BIM sẽ được phổ biến ngày càng rộng rãi hơn.
